Stephen (Steve) M. Roeschlein PLS / PE / CFM

Steve has over 35 years of experience in the land surveying & civil engineering consulting industry.  He is unique in that he has a dual degree and is  both a professional land surveyor and civil engineer. His expertise in land surveying includes boundary retracement surveys, land descriptions, easement preparation, subdivision platting, right-of-way engineering, location control route surveys, field data collection, and construction staking.  In addition, Steve has considerable experience in site design development services which  include conceptual layouts, construction plans, zoning assistance, drainage design and analysis, floodplain management consulting, municipal plan reviews and utility design and coordination. 

Steve is responsible for all land surveying services and management of TERRA’s private and public clients, quality control, and community outreach services as it relates to the commercial, residential, industrial, land surveying consulting services. Steve’s diverse land surveying, engineering and development experience allows him to successfully manage across a wide range of projects, which helps him, and his team deliver a quality product in a timely and cost-effective manner for our clients.

Steve is currently a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) and a Professional Engineer (PE) Engineer in Indiana.
