The Wawa Convenience Store and Fuel Center development at the southwest corner of East 146th Street and Howe Road in Noblesville, Indiana, is a significant commercial project positioned within one of Hamilton County’s fastest-growing corridors. The development was planned as part of the Howe Campus Corner Planned Development, strategically located to serve increasing residential growth, expanding employment centers, and high daily traffic volumes along the 146th Street corridor.

The project encompasses approximately 4.45 acres and was designed to accommodate a modern Wawa convenience store, fueling facilities, internal circulation drives, parking, utility infrastructure, and supporting site improvements. The Wawa component occupies the eastern portion of the development, while plans also included a separate office building on the western section of the property, creating a coordinated mixed-use commercial site.

From a land development perspective, the project required comprehensive site planning to maximize access, traffic flow, drainage management, and compatibility with surrounding developments. Given its location at a major intersection and adjacent to established neighborhoods, careful attention was needed for roadway connectivity, ingress and egress design, utility extensions, stormwater management systems, grading, and compliance with local development standards.
